DMCA and Copyright Requests

SSSTikT respects the rights of creators and copyright owners. This page explains how to report content and what we can do about it.

What we can and can't do

SSSTikT doesn't host videos, audio or images. When someone uses the tool, the file is fetched from TikTok and streamed to their device without being stored on our servers. That means there's nothing on our side to take down.

What we can do is block specific TikTok links so SSSTikT will no longer process them. To remove the original post from TikTok itself, report it to TikTok through its intellectual property policy.

How to send a request

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright request" and include:

  1. Your name and contact details, and if you're acting for the owner, your authority to do so
  2. The work you believe is being infringed
  3. The exact TikTok link or links you want blocked
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you're authorized to act for the owner
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

What happens next

We review each complete request and usually block the listed links within a few days. We may contact you if something is unclear. Requests missing the details above may take longer.

Misuse

Please only send requests for content you own or represent. Knowingly false claims can carry legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
